∙ Manage the marketing activities defined in the Marketing Calendar;
∙ Manager the product mix variables (NPD, menu board, pricing, promotions) to increase sales and restaurant bottom-line profitability;
∙ Manage relationships with external agencies to develop relevant POP and advertising;
∙ Partner with the Franchisees in the execution of marketing programs in the Restaurants;
∙ Manage the ad funds for Russia and Bulgaria to maximize best return on investment.
∙ Advanced knowledge of consumer dynamics and market trends;
∙ Advanced knowledge of competitors, products, price analysts and advertising tools;
∙ Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook tools;
∙ Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Russian;
∙ Bachelors Degree in business or marketing preferred;
∙ Significant, progressive experience in marketing, or a closely related function;
∙ Fluent English and Russian, other Eastern European languages a plus.
